1. Initial Contact
We email you our sample Agency Agreement within 48 hours to review and ask any clarifying questions.
2. Agency Agreement
Upon review of the agreement and thorough discussions about all aspects of agency relations, the agreement is signed.
3. Agent Account
Agent Account is activated in our worldwide system with ability to monitor and support our data exchange and execute financial transfers for and on behalf of our mutual clients.
4. Marketing Support
We provide every new Agent with the set of marketing and training materials, price-lists, customer relations’ scripts, initial applications and immigration programs review.
5. Service Agreement
Once your customers raise any question related to migration situation and immigration legal services, you forward us their initial application and contact details, so the initial advice can be provided.
6. Agency Agreement
Upon initial evaluation and presentation of our service offers, pre-qualified customers sign the Retainer Agreement to use our legal services to address their immigration needs.
7. Customer Payment
After receiving our Invoice for legal services Customers pay it in any currency and anywhere in the world. We notify you as our Agent about payment made and about amount of your commission.
8. Commission Paid
As soon as we receive the qualifying payment from customer, and we have obtained details about where you prefer to receive this particular commission payment, the transfer is made within 72 hours.
