Express Entry System is designed to connect Canadian Employers and best Foreign Workers
If you are a Canadian employer, you can hire foreign workers to meet your labor needs when you are not able to find Canadians or permanent residents to fill job vacancies, thanks to a new electronic application management system (Express Entry) which is designed to manage applications in the following economic immigration programs:
- Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP)
- Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP)
- Canadian Experience Class (CEC)
- A portion of the Provincial Nominee Programs (PNP)
Faster processing times through online applications
Express Entry is not a new immigration program; it is a new way for Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) to manage economic immigration applications online. Those prospective skilled foreign workers who are selected can take advantage of faster processing times.
The Express Entry System creates a pool of candidates for immigration to Canada. CIC’s new Employer Liaison Network (ELN) can engage employers located across Canada and provide guidance on how to use Express Entry efficiently. Please refer to the following official CIC document for a visual representation of the application and selection process:
The ELN is not authorized to provide case-specific guidance nor help employers navigate the process to hire Temporary Foreign Workers. Canadian Companies that seek a guaranteed flawless hiring process and insured legal protection during their recruitment practices should contact WMG and schedule a consultation.
